    "Never Forget"
Those that are now serving and those that have served as Marines!

Welcome Aboard we hope you enjoy your visit here.

The members of Northwest Triad Detachment 1314, Marine Corps League are Active Duty Marines, Retired Marines, Reserve Marines, Veteran Marines, FMF Corpsmen and Associate Members.

Our members come from many different periods of Marine Corps history, but share that special pride of The Few that earn the title MARINE, and of a unique band of warriors who have served or are serving our nation at home and abroad. And our Outstanding group of Associates, that devote many hours to the Mission of the Marine Corps League Detachment 1314.

We are not a bunch of "Old Veterans" reliving "old war stories" (OK, there is a bit of that).  However, our main purpose is to share and build upon that special bond between Marines by supporting Marines, past and present, along with their families in time of need, and to assist our community as best we can.

We welcome you to join us in this endeavor.

YOU should----- be a member of the Marine Corps League?

QUOTE OF THE MONTH
A Marine is a Marine.  I set that policy two weeks ago - there's no such thing as a former Marine.   You're a Marine,  just in a different uniform and you're in a different phase of your life.
But you'll always be a Marine because you went to Parris Island, San Diego or the hills of Quantico.
There's no such thing as a former Marine.

General James F. Amos, 35th Commandant of the Marine Corps
